This website collects and uses personal information for the following reasons:
3.1 Site logging
By visiting this website your computer’s IP address (which could be used to personally identify you) is logged by our server. These logs are used to ensure there is no abuse of the service (e.g. banning IP addresses which try to cause a Denial of Service attack).
3.2 Data Analytics
This website stores a minimum number of details to determine the number of people using the website, to better understand how they use our web pages and to see their journey through the website.
Your browser type, version number, operating platform and an anonymous hash of your IP address are stored for helping us understand the types of visitors to our website, none of this data is able to personally identify you.
4.0 How we store your personal information
As detailed in section 3.1 above, if you visit this website some personal information will be stored within the server logs. Your IP Address will be stored in a plain text format for an initial 24 hour period and, under normal circumstances, can only be accessed by our server operators who have the highest system privileges. After 24 hours the server logs are encrypted, these encrypted logs are retained for a further 30 days before being destroyed.

This website is hosted by Regal Software within multiple UK data centres located just outside London.
Some of the data centre’s more notable security features are as follows:
- 2.5m security fencing
- Comprehensive CCTV system
- Facial recognition biometric systems and volumetric man-trap portals
- Secure access procedures to control secure access to all areas of the data centre
- Real Hosts racks are in a private cage and all individually locked
- 24/7 security + access requests in advance
All traffic (transferral of files) between this website and your browser is encrypted and delivered over HTTPS.
